📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to assess their skin concerns and develop customized treatment plans.
• Administer a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, laser therapies, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and wellness through continuous education and training.
• Collaborate with the clinic's medical team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
• Promote our clinic's services and build client relationships to drive business growth.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their aesthetic journey.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as cosmetology, dermatology, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine or a related field.
• Certification in aesthetic medicine or a related field, such as a certification from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM) or the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS).
• Proven experience in administering a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, laser therapies, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools, such as EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems, and aesthetic-specific equipment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
