Sentosa Insurance is seeking a dedicated Assistant Training Officer to join our team in Lubuklinggau. This role is crucial in supporting our training and development initiatives, ensuring that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and implementation of training programs and workshops.,Coordinate with trainers and facilitators to ensure the delivery of high-quality training sessions.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Assist in the administration of training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the Training and Development Manager in achieving the department's objectives and targets.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators as needed.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development department as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or insurance setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to travel within Indonesia as required.
