📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and staff.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food preparation and service.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for food preparation.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to travel and work overtime when necessary.
