Jaya Joko Coffee is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Gorontalo. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This is an urgent position, and we are seeking a candidate who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training programs.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
