📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Administer payroll and benefits,Organize and facilitate training and development programs,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Coordinate with management on HR matters,Assist in the planning and execution of HR strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken
