📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.,Assist in menu planning and development.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Comply with health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the café.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in baking and pastry making.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with menu planning and cost control.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
