Asia Rubber is currently seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to make an impact from day one. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to support users and colleagues.,Maintain and update IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
