📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth for key retailer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to retailers and management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achieve monthly targets.
• Identify new opportunities for sales growth and propose innovative solutions.
• Participate in trade shows and promotions to enhance brand visibility and sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to retailers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role in the retail or modern trade sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with retailers.
• Familiarity with retail software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
