📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Support the implementation of e-learning platforms and other digital learning tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and strategies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
