📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to increase market share and revenue.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Develop and present tailored sales strategies and proposals to healthcare providers.
• Monitor and report sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales team.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare providers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
