📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and comprehensive job postings.,Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various recruitment channels.,Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for the roles.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer and onboarding.,Collaborating with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.,Providing feedback to candidates and maintaining a positive candidate experience.,Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in managing recruitment projects and budgets.
