As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers. You will work closely with our team to maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall restaurant performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to our high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and sales.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
