Vistra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist, Financial Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
