📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Monitor budgeting and forecasting processes to maintain financial health.,Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.,Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.,Review and approve financial transactions to prevent errors and fraud.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Experience in managing a team and providing mentorship.
