📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.,Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market trends.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's reach and visibility.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
