📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance,Manage and mentor a team of employees,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Represent the department in meetings and events,Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures,Experience in financial management and budgeting
