📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the operation and maintenance of production equipment and machinery.,Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and downtime.,Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of production targets.,Document production activities and maintain accurate records.,Participate in safety drills and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.,Support the Production Operator in training and mentoring new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or production industry.,Understanding of production processes and quality control measures.,Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair of production equipment.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Basic understanding of Indonesian language is a plus.
