Gate Express Pratama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards.

As a Deputy Senior Accountant, you will work closely with the Senior Accountant and other finance team members to prepare and analyze financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast reports.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
