📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Create and manage daily menus, considering customer preferences and seasonal ingredients,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff,Maintain food safety and quality standards, including proper storage, handling, and preparation of ingredients,Manage inventory and procurement of ingredients and supplies,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent food quality and service,Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen operations🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and teams,Strong knowledge of food safety, quality, and hygiene standards,Ability to create innovative and appealing menus,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Possession of a relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
