As an HR Generalist, you'll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. You'll also manage employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment. With experience in HRIS systems like BambooHR and familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations, you'll bring a unique perspective to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, using platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and local job portals.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our tech roles.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
• Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and local HR operations.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
