In your daily role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including conducting safety inspections, providing training and awareness programs, and managing incident investigations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE programs, including safety management systems, environmental management systems, and emergency response plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards, such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
• Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on HSE best practices and procedures.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of safety and sustainability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HSE management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, with a strong background in risk assessment, safety inspections, and compliance.
• Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE programs and training materials.
• Strong knowledge of national and international HSE standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
