📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses to determine the requirements for new positions.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
