📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures,Oversee inventory control and stock management,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Coordinate with the head office for store improvements and promotions,Assist in the development and implementation of the store's marketing plan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and retail management software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Understanding of sales and marketing principles,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices,Fluent in Indonesian and English
