📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.,Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and training.,Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring accuracy and reliability.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement of laboratory supplies and equipment.,Provide technical support and troubleshooting for laboratory issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, GLP, GMP).,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality control.
