📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.,Monitor patient progress and provide necessary interventions to promote recovery.,Educate and train new nursing staff on best practices and company policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.,Lead and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
