📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement restaurant policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of success in managing a team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
