Midwife Consultant - Maternal & Child Health Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert clinical guidance and support to midwives and healthcare providers in delivering high-quality maternal and child health services.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and consultations with expectant mothers and children to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Develop and implement evidence-based programs and initiatives to promote healthy pregnancies, childbirth, and early childhood development.
• Educate and train healthcare providers on best practices in maternal and child health.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with community health workers to ensure seamless integration of maternal and child health services.
• Participate in research and development activities to advance the field of maternal and child health.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in maternal and child health.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery, preferably with a specialization in Maternal and Child Health.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in midwifery, with a strong background in clinical practice and patient care.
• Certification as a Registered Midwife (RM) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as SIMRS, SIRS, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and guidelines, including those related to maternal and child health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of maternal and child health.
