📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality across all areas of the restaurant.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving the restaurant's performance and profitability.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to drive customer traffic and increase sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.,Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues quickly and effectively.
