Star Urban Pratama is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Gunung Kidul. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail sales and wants to make a difference in the community.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction in our retail stores. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, while also providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Drive sales and customer satisfaction in retail stores
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory and stock levels
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff
  • Assist in store merchandising and promotions
  • Monitor and report on sales performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
