📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow key insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.,Assist in the development and implementation of insurance strategies to meet client needs.,Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth account operations.,Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through proactive account management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the brokerage firm.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage, preferably in a senior accounts role.,Strong understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.,Experience working in an international environment is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
