Tanggung Jawab:
Lead the design and development of innovative products, from concept to final product launch.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are technically sound and commercially viable.Develop and maintain product specifications, including technical drawings, schematics, and other relevant documentation.Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to ensure that our products are competitive in the market.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry, and incorporate them into our product development process.Mentor and train junior engineers and designers, helping them to develop their skills and grow within the company.Participate in product testing and validation, ensuring that our products meet or exceed customer expectations.Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to understand customer needs and incorporate them into our product development process.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, product design, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in product design and development, with a strong track record of successful product launches.Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong technical skills in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, and the ability to ensure that our products comply with all relevant requirements.Passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.🛠️ Keahlian
