📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high standards of service and productivity.,Monitor store performance and sales targets, providing regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.,Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences is a plus.,Understanding of basic accounting and financial management is beneficial.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
