PT Sinergi Giri is a rapidly growing company in Lubuklinggau, seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Staff to join our team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can help us streamline our supply chain processes and improve our overall efficiency.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that our products are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be working closely with our sales and production teams to ensure that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing inventory levels and ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure that our products are delivered on time and within budget
  • Working closely with our sales and production teams to ensure that our supply chain processes are running smoothly
  • Monitoring and analyzing supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensuring that all supply chain processes comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Providing regular reports to management on supply chain performance and any issues that need to be addressed
  • Attending and participating in relevant industry conferences and events

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English
