📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.,Assist in the implementation of new policies and procedures through training and communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to create engaging and informative training materials.
