📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage branch inventory using SAP and other inventory management tools.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and report on operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the central office to ensure seamless supply chain management.
- Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Assist in the organization and execution of branch events and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized branch environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in branch operations or customer service.
- Proficient in using SAP and other inventory management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and transaction processing.
- Certification in customer service or hospitality management is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
