🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Strong understanding of organizational change management principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee engagement.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
