As a Junior Purchasing Staff at PT Multi Surya Makmur Gemilang, you will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating materials and equipment for our construction projects. You will work closely with project managers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in sourcing and negotiating materials and equipment for construction projects.
- Work closely with project managers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update procurement records and databases.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders and invoices.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to procurement strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with procurement software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
