• Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning activities that align with early childhood development milestones.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Assess and monitor each child's progress, providing targeted support and feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to maintain open communication and ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills.
• Organize and lead group activities, field trips, and special events to enrich the learning experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a play-based kindergarten or early childhood education setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and other staff members.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing the whole child.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid teaching certificate or equivalent qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
