📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to design, build, and maintain our properties, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of our properties, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and implement maintenance and repair schedules, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and in good condition.
• Provide technical support and guidance to our property managers and staff, helping them to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies, and apply them to our operations and services.
• Collaborate with other members of the Asticom team to ensure that we are delivering exceptional real estate solutions and property management services to our clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our company's overall strategy and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Licensed Building Engineer in the real estate or property management industry.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software and tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards, as well as international standards and best practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid professional license and certification as a Licensed Building Engineer in Indonesia.
