📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inventory audits and physical stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and update inventory records using SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed to prevent stockouts.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to understand product lifecycle and plan inventory accordingly.
• Work closely with the Merchandising team to ensure product availability and display in stores.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of products.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems to optimize stock management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control or merchandising in the retail industry.
