📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive data governance frameworks and policies.
• Oversee data quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Lead a team of data professionals to establish and maintain data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to promote a data-driven culture.
• Monitor and report on data governance metrics and KPIs.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data governance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations such as PDPPI and GDPR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data governance, with a proven track record in leading data governance initiatives.
• Certifications in data governance, such as CDGO (Certified Data Governance Officer) or similar.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data security, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, or similar.
• Experience working in a regulated industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
