📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement agronomic strategies to optimize crop yield and quality.
• Conduct soil and crop analysis using advanced tools such as GIS and remote sensing technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and training to farmers on best practices in crop optimization and sustainable farming.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of agricultural plots, identifying areas for improvement.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in agronomic science and technology, and apply this knowledge to our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agronomic research and crop optimization.
• Proficiency in using GIS and remote sensing software such as QGIS, ArcGIS, and ENVI.
