📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily fabrication operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of fabricators, providing guidance and support for skill development.
• Monitor production schedules and materials usage, implementing corrective actions to meet targets.
• Conduct regular inspections of fabricated components to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication supervision or a similar role in industrial manufacturing.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams to achieve high performance.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
